In consideration of my participation in the experience presented by MLS Seminars LLC, I release MLS Seminars, LLC, their directors, agents, assistants, volunteers and employees from any liability whatsoever related to my participation in the learning experience.

I understand and agree that the learning experience will include physical contact between myself, the instructors, other program facilitators and other program participants. Any physical contact that I have with the above-mentioned individuals will be both voluntary and non-intrusive, and it is for the purpose of the experiential practice of learning MLS ONE and will not include a complete physical, emotional and social evaluation. My participation in this educational process and experience constitutes my agreement to the physical contact.

I agree that what we learn, and topics discussed this weekend will not be taught to others without express permission from MLS Seminars, LLC. I may utilize all learned refinements I gain this weekend in my clinical practice. I will treat this weekend as proprietary information. My participation in this weekend represents my agreements to these conditions.

I understand that portions of this learning experience may be recorded through video, photo and or audio and I agree to allow MLS Seminars LLC and it’s agents to use photos/videos/audio taken of me for educational, commercial, marketing, and public relations purposes. Any and all said reproductions are the exclusive property of MLS Seminars LLC and MLS Seminars LLC is the exclusive copyright owner in perpetuity. I shall make no claim, right or interest, including any right of publicity, to any of these reproductions and my signature hereto grants permission to MLS Seminars, LLC to use any said reproductions in any responsible manner, including but not limited to: publications, advertisements, websites and or commercial products.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable (only transferring to another seminar minus $75 transfer fee. If transfer is needed due to ‘force majeure’ federal mandates then the transfer fee will be waived). Tuition is non-transferable to another participant. Seminar schedules may change. Please always check the schedule prior to attending or making travel arrangements. Seminars canceled due to weather, illness or death in the family will not be refunded. The tuition will be transferred to another seminar at a later date if we are given at least 48 hours notice before the seminar starts (you will only pay the transfer fee). MLS is not responsible for Travel & Lodging expenses/losses incurred.

Wade Port, DC

Dr. Wade Port has been walking the path of mastery for over two decades—both as a teacher and as a practitioner. A former student of Arno Burnier and other visionaries including Donald Epstein, Sue Brown, and Pasquale Cerasoli, Wade has spent years refining not just his technique, but his presence, precision, and ability to serve with heart.

Since 2003, he has been part of the MLS teaching lineage, where he now leads immersive trainings that support chiropractors in reclaiming their confidence, clarity, and authentic voice in the work. Wade has run a successful, cash-based, principled practice since 2005, and brings real-world experience to every room he teaches in.

Off the mat, Wade has served as a personal chiropractor to world-touring bands, Broadway performers, and high-level speakers, including time spent caring for Tony Robbins. But at his core, Wade is a teacher devoted to drawing out the unique gifts within each chiropractor he mentors. He is a steady presence, a careful listener, and a powerful guide for those ready to do the work.


Jim Deegan

Dr. Jim Deegan has been training, teaching, and serving on the MLS path for over 20 years. A student of Arno Burnier since 1995, Jim has dedicated his life to the art and philosophy of chiropractic and to guiding others back to the heart of their work. His journey into chiropractic began with a life-altering health crisis in 1994 that led him from a near-death experience to a profound awakening, catalyzing his commitment to service, healing, and mastery.

Jim has taught alongside the MLS leadership team for over two decades, supporting thousands of students and doctors in discovering the clarity, power, and presence within their own hands. He draws not only from his training with Arno, but also from the teachings of Reggie Gold, Joseph Strauss, Pasquale, and other vitalistic leaders.

His practice, located near Life University in Smyrna, GA, is a living example of care rooted in community and love. There, he serves people from all walks of life—first responders, musicians, families, teachers, and local creatives—with the same reverence and heart that has defined his path.

Jim is a steady presence in the MLS lineage, known for his humility, wisdom, and ability to call chiropractors into deeper alignment with their purpose. His guiding belief: no one heals alone. We train, serve, and rise—together.
