In consideration of my participation in the experience presented by MLS Seminars LLC, I release MLS Seminars, LLC, their directors, agents, assistants, volunteers and employees from any liability whatsoever related to my participation in the learning experience.

I understand and agree that the learning experience will include physical contact between myself, the instructors, other program facilitators and other program participants. Any physical contact that I have with the above-mentioned individuals will be both voluntary and non-intrusive, and it is for the purpose of the experiential practice of learning MLS ONE and will not include a complete physical, emotional and social evaluation. My participation in this educational process and experience constitutes my agreement to the physical contact.

I agree that what we learn, and topics discussed this weekend will not be taught to others without express permission from MLS Seminars, LLC. I may utilize all learned refinements I gain this weekend in my clinical practice. I will treat this weekend as proprietary information. Please always check the schedule prior to attending or making travel arrangements. Seminars canceled due to weather, illness or death in the family will not be refunded. The tuition will be transferred to another seminar at a later date if we are given at least 48 hours notice before the seminar starts (you will only pay the transfer fee). MLS is not responsible for Travel & Lodging expenses/losses incurred.

Romain Cardinal, DC

Dr. Romain Cardinal is a chiropractor, educator, and presence-based leader within the MLS teaching team. A graduate of IFEC Paris, Romain opened a thriving practice in La Butte aux Cailles just one year after graduation built entirely on connection, clarity, and care. His ability to serve with depth and simplicity reflects the values at the heart of his work: trust in life, reverence for the innate, and a commitment to precision through presence.

Romain’s training is rooted in philosophy, science, and the natural laws of life. He embodies the essence of vitalistic chiropractic, not only in how he adjusts, but in how he lives. His presence is gentle, yet deeply focused. His adjusting is clean, clear, and consistently impactful. And his teaching invites others into a higher standard, not through force, but through example.

Wade Port, DC

Wade has been taught by some of the most powerful visionaries in the modern era. Arno Burnier, Donald Epstein, Sue Brown, Pasquale Cerasoli, Lou Corleto, Jay Komarek, Suzan Rossi, Pete Goldman and many more in and out of the profession.

He has run a successful, principled, cash practice since 2005 and has been on staff with Arno Burnier since 2003.

Though Wade has been teaching Chiropractors for well over a decade, you can often find him attending seminars as much as he teaches them.

When he is not in his Atlanta office you can often find him on the side stage taking care of world touring bands and performing artists. He has been caring for bands like STS9, Umphrey's McGee, Tauk, Steve Kimock Band, Papadosio, The Funky Meters, and casts of Broadway plays for over 15 years. Wade was also Tony Robbins’ personal Chiropractor and was recently voted 2018 Chiropractor of the Year by the Georgia Council of Chiropractic.

Romain Cardinal, DC

Romain Cardinal, D.C. graduated from IFEC Paris in 2019. He opened his office in La Butte aux Cailles a charming area of Paris. Within 1 year he build a busy and highly successful practice. He practices pure, simple vitalistic chiropractic based on the philosophy, science and the natural laws of life. 

He is committed, dedicated, focused, passionate about being a true chiropractic professional. His adjusting skills are through the roof, especially been as early in his career as he is. He is a master in the making. He trained and staffed at multiple MLS adjusting seminars where is focus, passion, intensity, commitment and maturity was obvious to all.

He is all about being fully present, connected within and aware of Universal Intelligence omnipresence within and without.

He empowers and frees people to take their inner power back, by regaining the authority of their own being. His presence is gentle yet powerful. He is a fantastic teacher with power and clarity of words and purpose. We are all blessed to have him as a teacher-leader at MLS Adjusting Seminars.
